Citi: Icg Controllers – Product Accounting And Digital Integration

The Product Accounting and Digital Integration team within ICG Controllers group is a newly created team which supplies senior management with analysis and insight into the financial results generated by Product Processors.

Through this analysis, the team facilitates decision making to drive performance in each of ICG?s products, regions, and functions.

Deliverables will include, but are not limited to: monthly and quarterly performance analyses for the ICG Controller, Legal entity managers, and other senior stakeholders.

The team will manage the digital transformation efforts for ICG Controllers working on innovations to remediate Regulator asks as well as generate productivity saves.

Responsibilities: Product Accounting and Digital Integration Executive will lead and coordinate initiatives & enhancements related toproduct processor oversight, as well as drive digital transformation efforts for ICG controllers.

The executive will manage an existing group of 5 teams responsible for: Accountability for financial results produced by a number of product processors.

Establishing and enforcing best practices & policies.

Providing analytical insight to key stakeholders Identify opportunities for expanding coverage that is globally sustainable.

Additionally, the candidate will create a new agile digital transformation team focused on strategic solutions adopting digital tools that improve efficiency and enhance the control and reporting environment.

The role will work closely with Finance Stakeholders globally, including ICG, FRSS, Regional and Global Controllers on improving reporting and process design while ensuring proper controls and governance over the solutions implemented.

The role will also partner with Subject Matter Experts within the Business, Operations and different Finance functions in onboarding new Products and transactions as well as identifying process improvements and opportunities to address source data quality issues, in order to achieve these objectives.

The role will also be tasked with helping to remediate EUCs to meet regulator commitments and identifying process improvements and opportunities to further increase productivity saves across the organization Qualifications: 8 years of relevant Finance experience with emphasis on the financial services industry Expertise in financial statement analysis, including key accounting and financial/regulatory topics crucial to the success of a large, global financial services institution Excellent team leadership and partnership skills: ability to work with and influence senior management across both multiple levels of the organization and geographies.

Strong knowledge of the broad spectrum of financial services: markets/trading, investment banking and wealth management Strong analytical and strategic thinking; Critical thinker/problem solver that can drive qualitative & quantitative analysis, embracing ambiguity in available data & input.

Able to take limited direction and respond with highly effective materials and analysis Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, both to help train and guide others as well as to apply these skills as required Sharp communication skills in order to guide, influence and convince others, especially colleagues and partners across the firm Education: Bachelor?s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master?s degree preferred Job Family Group: Finance Job Family: Financial Accounting Time Type: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
