Backedby a leading growth equity investment partner, the company is currently executing several capital improvement projects that will significantly expandtheir facility as well as their employee base..

Counseling in the preparation and coordination of all accounting practices while also assuming day-to-day responsibility for overseeing all financial management issues for the Company..

Developing, implementing, and managing an efficient, scalable, and insightful financial reporting process..

Establishing annual audit engagement protocols and maintaining an appropriate system of internal controls..

Building, implementing, and managing detailed budgets and performance reporting, including forecasts and analysis of key performance metrics to highlight operating issues / challenges or profit opportunities..

Contributing significantly to the Company’s growth by lending financial perspective to the evaluation of key strategic decisions, including the ongoing capital investments..

Supporting recurring supply negotiations, inventory management and engage in other vendor and purchasing management activities..

Being a “change agent” for the organization, while communicating and instilling confidence with various audiences, all financial matters and issues with management, the Board, and outside parties..

An entrepreneurial mentality, while being a strategic, broadly experienced, and business-minded financial executive who has managed the full spectrum of the Finance function..

Successful track record of experience as a CFO or senior level financial operations executive..

Proven leader, team player and builder with the ability to inspire and influence others..

An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.

An advanced business degree and/or CPA certification, as well as experience in Public Accounting are a plus..

Prior experience in the outsourced pharmaceutical services industry (e.g., contract research services) is a plus..
