Chief Financial Officer Medical Group CFO

 A large and reputable Healthcare Organization is actively seeking a Regional Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial performance at Physician Groups, Outpatient Clinics and Independent Physician Associations throughout Southern California.

The Regional Chief Financial Officer will report to the Corporate Financial Officer and will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the Medical Groups,  Clinics, Surgery Centers and all facilities throughout the region.  The Chief Financial Officer will be supported by numerous Associate Chief Financial Officers and a Controller.

The CFO will manage accounting, purchasing, budget management, financial, compliance auditing and financial reporting to regulatory agencies and committees of the organization. The Chief Financial Officer will establish and maintain appropriate financial policies and strategies, accurate and timely financial reporting, establishment of budgets, and approval of capital expenditures. The Chief Financial Officer will collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer, Associate Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors and Hospital Directors and Administrators to set and reach financial goals and provide financial guidance.  The Regional CFO will establish and recommend the leadership team regarding any major corporate economic strategies, objectives and policies for the company.
