Chief Financial Officer

nnCompany is seeking a Chief Financial Officer!

The CFO is a highly visible and strategic role within Company (“TMS”).

This key individual would primarily be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all our financial activities.

You would work directly with our Senior Leadership team on business planning, forecasting and negotiations.

nn nn Responsibilities: nn Direct and oversee all aspects of the financial and accounting reporting functions.

Ensure credibility of the Accounting Department by providing timely and accurate financial reports.

Maximize shareholder value through best practices and organizational efficiencies.

Ensure legal, tax, and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance.

Facilitate financial partnerships and vendor relationships.

Manage short and long term Business Plans and monitor adherence.

Manage internal relationships with management to identify their needs and provide solutions.

nn Requirements: nn Minimum ten years’ experience in the accounting and/or financial sectors.

BS in Finance, Accounting or Business related degree required; MBA preferred Experience in a senior management position a plus.

Ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement.

nn Other Skills & Abilities: nn PC proficiency is essential with a working knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheets.
