Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to the CCS Chief Executive Officer and serves as a member of the Key Management team.

This position collaborates with other members of the senior team to promote the mission and values of CCS while achieving defined fiscal objectives.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the development, analysis, coordination, and administration of Community Clinical Services financial statements, reporting, budgeting, reimbursement, insurance administration, investments, contracting, grants management, and internal controls to safeguard the assets of the organization.

The CFO plays a key role in the strategic and financial planning activities to ensure compatibility with CCS’ financial capacity and performance objectives.

In this position, the CFO will work collaboratively with members of the St.

Mary’s Health System finance team due to our affiliation.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience with 3 years of grants management experience preferred
