We have been retained by a leading private equity firm-to identify the right CFO for one of its portfolio companies. The company is a middle-market, SaaS company that is well positioned for increased profitability and poised to grow both organically and through acquisition with the leadership of the right CFO. Our private equity client partners with management to drive continued growth and value by creating a Board of Directors, strengthening the leadership team, and sharpening strategy and execution.

• The ideal candidate will have the following REQUIRED experience:
• 15+ years of progressive financial management
• Current or recently exited CFO of a private equity-backed software or tech-enabled services company
• A strong accounting background
• Experience working in a private equity-backed environment
• An undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting; a CPA or MBA preferred

Reporting directly to the CEO and indirectly to the Board of Directors, the CFO will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting as a member of the senior leadership team responsible for driving business strategy and profitable growth in this SaaS company. This is a -roll up your sleeves- environment, with an all-around hands-on approach.
