Certified Public Accountant

nnGeneral Responsibilities nn nnOversight of client manager’s bookkeeping activities nn nnWork with client managers to complete monthly reconciliations for all clients (personal nn nnand business checking, credit lines, loans etc.).

nn nnMaintenance of Financial Statements (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or as needed) nn nnPayroll Distributions (Adjusted Journal Entries) nn nnOversight of W9/W8BEN auditing in partnership with Client Manager and Accounts Payable Clerk nn nnReview 1099/1042 preparation and filing for all client’s business entities nn nnPrepare reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position based on past, present, and expected operations.

nn nnProvides management with reviews of organization’s financial status and progress in its various initiatives.

nn nnEducates staff of consist accounting errors and ongoing mistakes nn nn*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

nn nnJob Qualifications: nn nnEducation: Must have Bachelors Degree in Accounting nn nnExperience: 5-7 years of related experience nn nnCPA License is desired but not mandatory nn nnGood communication skills nn nnExperience: 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience nn nnExperience in Managing Accounting Staff nn nnExperience in Quickbooks Online, Datafaction/Agilink/, Excel nn nnComfortable working on MAC nn nnSpanish is desired but not mandatory nn nnUntil Further Notice: Our office is closed.
