Cash Accounting Clerk

Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 hourly

My client is a very stable and growing retail business searching for a cash accounting clerk. Position will be a blend of cash reconciliation, research, and working with retail managers to make sure daily cash balances are accurate. Ideal candidate has a 1+ year of recent accounting experience, ideally with a cash accounting focus. Individuals with a/p, a/r, and other clerk level accounting experience will also be considered. Candidate must have good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work in and with a mid tier ERP (Great Plains, NetSuite, etc).

Job Requirements:

– AA in Accounting Preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered

– Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

– 1+ years of accounting experience required

– Proficiency in cash reconciliations
