– Financial Systems supports the FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Executive Committee and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by enhancing and leveraging financial analysis and reporting platforms.

This position will work hand-in-hand with FP&A leadership and Financial Analyst teams to identify process improvement opportunities; participate in special projects; and provide thought leadership in the areas of analytics and automation.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard reports, tools, and dashboards; tools can include Excel, PowerBI and Robotics Process Automation* Support analysis and development of cost standards and allocation; includes labor, product and customer costs* Create visualizations identifying financial, operations or sales trends, variances and outlier analysis* Support development of mathematical models to operationalize FP&A leadership KPIs* Assists in requirements gathering, vetting and testing of enhancements to platforms* Coordinates with release schedules, upgrades and maintenance with IT and user community* Support users by answering their questions; creating and delivering training content for financial analysis and reporting platforms* Participates in special projects and other ad hoc duties as required.* Assists in administrative setup and maintenance of Hyperion Planning tool; including security administration, data loads and supporting data integrityEducation & Experience* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required; Masters Degree is preferred* At least three (3) years experience in Finance, Accounting or Finance Analytics* Experience with investment and variance analysis* Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)* Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint); PowerBI, Hyperion Planning and SAP is preferredCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMasters, MBA, CPA or CMA preferred but not required.Diversity CommitmentAt Freeman, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is helping us to create not only a great place to work, but also an environment where our employees, our customers and our communities around the world can reach their goals and connect with each other.
