Business Analyst – Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is looking to add an IT Business Analyst
– Finance to their growing team.

Summary:The Business Analyst will have a strict focus on their Financial applications.

You will be responsible for the support and improvement of all processes and systems that impact the finance organization.

You will be the liaison between the IT team to help manage any system related issues to impact general business operations.

As a result, the Business Analyst will need to be able to translate highly complex technical issues into non-technical terms.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:* Business Analyst partners with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document, and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions* Understand requirements and trace them back to business goals/objectives* Identify the relationships and interdependencies between requirements* Business Analysts prioritize requirements based on their relative value, risk, difficulty of implementation, urgency, likelihood of success, regulatory compliance, or other factors* Works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the information systems REQUIREMENTS:* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with Finance* In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement* Understanding of SQL* Experience with Oracle HFM a plus* Experience with Power BI a plus* Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) systems a plus* Experience with Concur Expense Reporting a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
