Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for an Accounting Clerk with our client located in Chicago, IL.

Our client is a company that needs extra support in their Accounting department.

They currently are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their organization to support any AP/Admin functions.

The ideal candidate would be available to interview and then start shortly after in order to be given proper training.

This Accounting Clerk will be hired on a 3-6 month temporary basis and be reporting to the Operations Manager.Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:Scan, copy, and process weekly AP invoicesCollect on past due balances via phone and emailAnswer vendor inquiries and set up vendors when neededCollect timesheet data and compute hours for Payroll processingAssist in special projects assigned by the Operations ManagerPerform administrative duties, filing, scanning, answer phonesAccounting Clerk Qualifications:Comfortable in Excel, navigating through spreadsheetsAssociated or bachelors degree is necessaryNeed someone that can wear multiple hats and excellent communication skillsIf you or anyone you know are qualified and interested, please apply ASAP!
