This long-term temporary position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

What you get to do every single day
– Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
– Oversee and manage general ledger
– Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
– Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
– Look after archived records by categorizing documents
– Appease accounts by balancing entries
– Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures Job Requirements:
– Previous experience using accounting software
– Basic Bookkeeping experience
– Yardi Property Management experience
– Solid understanding of Sage Accounting Software
– Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
