Your responsibilities
– Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
– Review payments received and record deposits
– Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
– Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
– Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
– Support quality archived records by filing documents

– Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
– BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
– Strong familiarity with Adequate Inventory
– Basic Bookkeeping experience preferred
– General familiarity with Bookkeeping Functions
– Accounts Payable (AP) experience required
– Bank reconciliations experience highly preferred
– Adeptness in full charge bookkeeping
– Background working with expense reports
– Practical knowledge of Computerized Bookkeeping System
– Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
– Bookkeeping experience
– Demonstrated knowledge of Full Charge Bookkeeping
