A Local Contractor is seeking to hire a PT Accounting Assistant 25-30 Hours per week You can set a schedule that works for you Bookkeeping, Billing, Invoicing, Payroll for 15 to 20 people Identify accounting issues and review documents to understand and correct errors.
Some Collections AR/AP This role would be client facing so, a high level of customer service will be required.
Job Requirements: REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Use multiple software programs simultaneously to manage processes.
Must have great computer skills & a good Understanding of accounting principals
