We manage our own private economy including our currency, treasury, transaction platform, lending facility, and marketplace.Join Our Team!As the financial controller of BizX, you will be driving timely and accurate financial information to the management team.

You will be analyzing and managing the performance of our private economy (in BizX dollars) as well as our cash business for both our US and U.A.E.

locations.What You’ll Do in this Role:Manage all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial reporting systems both domestic and internationalMaintain the company’s QuickBooks accounting systemProcess bi-weekly payroll in ADP platformCalculate monthly commission payout for the teamCash Management weekly cash forecastPerform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing proceduresReconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, domestic and internationalPreparation of all state and property tax returnsCreation of monthly financial statements for the domestic and international offices on an individual and consolidated basisReview Line of Credit applicationsManage company Accounts ReceivableManage the Accounts Payable and purchase order processesCoordination and management of the annual budget, with monthly variance analysis by departmentAnnual preparation and issuance of 1099-B forms for our membersWhat You’ll Bring:Advanced experience in QuickBooksAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelSuperior analytical skills with an unyielding dedication to accuracy and detailsEthical, professional, and hospitable to members and team membersResourceful, proactive problem solverAbility to effectively, accurately and thoroughly manage diverse palette of responsibilitiesAbility to interact in a positive, professional, and effective manner to members, vendors and team membersExceptional ability to track your work and follow up with membersExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate the ability to be innovative and proactive within the companyYour Education & Experience:3-5 years of experience in a lead accounting roleAccounting or Finance Degree, or equivalent experienceFiscal management of $50 to $200 million in revenue/transaction annuallyCPA is desiredBonus: Financial Service, Fintech, and/or Economic backgroundCompensation for the Role:Base salary with bonus potentialGenerous employee stock ownership planPremera Blue Cross Medical benefits, with 91% of employee premiums paid by the companyAnnual Wellness Program allotment redeemable for spa treatments, massage therapy, chiropractic treatments, dental services, and more in our member networkOptional Group Dental, Vision, Life, & Accidental Death/Dismemberment plansCompany-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage401(k) planPaid vacation timeEveryone gets his or her birthday off!Professional development and education assistance opportunitiesWhy Work with BizX?At BizX, our purpose is to enrich the lives and businesses of our local communities.
