Responsibilities
– Form financial controls and procedures
– Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered
– Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
– Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
Job Requirements:

– Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
– Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
– Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
– navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
– Highly-qualified in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
