Answer incoming calls from customers/clients to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Answer phones professionally from external/internal customers/clients.
We are hiring several upcoming classes on the following dates:

What you will do
Answer incoming telephone inquiries including, but not limited to, requests for general account information, concerns related to contributions and withdrawals, how to make changes to an account, product information and tax questions. Complexity and scope of questions based on level.
Addresses questions or concerns in relation to investments.
Assist participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system as well as the Web Site
Submits requests for research and follow-up if needed after the initial call. May be required to make outbound calls if necessary. Expectation determined by level.
Review, comprehend and implement all new communication regarding plan updates and changes.
Run disbursement quotes, respond to managerial feedback, and attend meetings and training sessions.
In addition to answering caller inquiries, representatives will provide callers with education regarding retirement readiness.
Consistent adherence to work schedule and punctuality required.
May be required to study and test for FINRA Series 6 and 63.
Overtime may be required.

Proficient in relevant computer applications. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Customer service experience.
Good keyboard skills.
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
Relevant product knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English required

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
