Pikes Peak National Bank
Represents the values of the bank by providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
*Manages cash drawer and vault by providing incoming and outgoing cash transactions, identifying counterfeit currency and physically counting drawer throughout shift.
*Order cash as needed.
*Provide account services by attending to inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank-related products.
*Facilitate preparation, processing, and recording of cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash advances
*Interpret customer needs and direct to appropriate bank representative.
*Protects bank operations and customer privacy by keeping information confidential.
*Facilitate special requests with customers’ accounts such as stop payments, holds, and account closures.
*Comply with banking laws and regulations including completion of CTR, Monetary Instrument log, and reporting suspicious activity to supervisor.
Skills and qualifications:
*High School diploma or equivalent.
*Stress management and composure.
*Detail-oriented.
*Cash handling experience and customer service experience preferred.
*People and verbal communication skills.
*Problem solving skills and good judgment.
*Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
*Must be adaptable.

Pay: $13.00
– $17.00 per hour
