Description:Service Associates will be supporting our clients own customers with their needs.
This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day.
Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls.
Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info.
Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.
Wont be taking any calls that require giving financial advice, but will help point their client in the right direction.
Will be working with a few different systems and web based programs.
85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls.
The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative related tasks.
Additional job duties may include fulfilling client inquires such as changing addresses and account information, providing assistance with online accounts, investigating previous transactions, maintain accurate information, and providing a high level of customer service throughout each client interaction.
