Job Description The Associate Director of Finance owns all financial reporting and initiatives within their respective category grouping and provides broad business and financial counsel to the broader cross-functional team.

The Associate Director of Finance manages a team of controllers to deliver performance objectives.

This team contributes to the achievement of performance objectives via preparation, analysis and reporting of forecasts, month-end results as well as providing business advice and council to factory strategies.

This role is a critical member of the category team as it is in the unique position to have visibility to and understanding of the entirety of the business.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all finance activities for their respective category, including development of long and short range business plans, financial forecast, and financial reporting.

· Responsible for the financial analysis and management of external manufacturers relevant to all supported manufacturing sites
· Owns all costs associated with SKUs sold by the supported category
· Supports the development of the annual business plans and financial component of the strategic plan for respective manufacturing sites
· Serves as a strategic financial advisor to the supply chain finance organization and assures that financial targets are met with identification of business opportunities and risks
· Influences business decisions and oversees processes to ensure proper controls are maintained
· Generates business performance forecasts, reports finance actuals, and ensures appropriate contingencies are in place to address business risks
· Lead and develop direct and indirect reports
· Enhance the financial acumen of business partners Minimum Qualifications:
• BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required; M.B.A.

preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Ability to travel at least 30-40% of the year
• Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional team members
• Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
• Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
• Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
