The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide.

Finance protects the franchise by serving as Client of the Firm’s books and records and by contributing to firm wide risk management and risk reduction.

This division maintains relationships with ‘s various industry and government regulators and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community.

Finance plays a critical role as advisor to ‘s various businesses and its senior management team.

Position Description: The Tax Control Group is responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality assurance around the Domestic Tax Provision, a number of key tax reports and for managing the relationships and control framework between the Tax department and Finance to support the consolidated and separate legal entity tax provisions to ensure compliance.

The team provides subject matter expertise as questions arise from various stakeholder groups.

In addition, the team has been spearheading a number of global projects to streamline the process.

The role is unique in that it provides transparency into all of the businesses the firm engages in across the different jurisdictions and will assist to coordinate between Finance and the Tax department on change initiatives.

This position requires a strong, self-motivated and innovative individual.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate responses from various Finance groups to update the annual Controller and Tax Information Handoff ( “CTIH”) document
• Perform quarterly process review and analytics for the Base Erosion Anti Abuse Tax ( “BEAT”) calculation
• Assist as needed on the various governance and control framework across Finance organization with respect to certain tax reporting, primarily where information is required from various stakeholder groups in Finance and requirements involve more complex and riskier processes
• Perform an advisory role for various stakeholders by responding to ad hoc requests sent to our team and ensuring they are addressed in a timely fashion
• Review and update relevant policies and procedures as needed  SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.S.

in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
• Strong control, project management and communication skills – clear, concise, and appropriate method of delivery
• Experience with establishing and meeting critical deadlines, as well as tracking and driving execution
