What the Assistant Accounting Manager will do:
- Financial Reporting for residential and mixed use
- Budgeting and forecasting
- External Reporting
- Annual Financial Audits
- Management and development of staff
- Cash management (bank reconciliations)
- Special projects
What the company needs in an Assistant Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
- Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- 2 to 5 years managerial experience preferred.
- Previous experience in property accounting and real estate industry highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Yardi software is a plus.
