The Operations division of Asset & Wealth Management is recruiting for a Trade & Treasury Operations Analyst.
The individual will be responsible for several transaction processing and treasury related functions supporting JPM Global Alternatives Investments.
Payment processing, bank account maintenance, workflow case creation and monitoring, expense processing and tracking, reporting data compilation and analysis, and direct business support are a few key functions.
The individual must be able to multi-task effectively, handle several custom processes with strict deadlines, communicate well and engage with colleagues globally.**Job description:**+ Implementation, administration, control, and oversight of several industry wide banking platforms.+ Perform bank account opening, closing, and maintenance requests, including KYC requirements.+ Capturing service provider invoices, utilizing internal systems to process through workflow, monitoring through payment approval process, and escalating when necessary.+ Processing payments for internal transfers and external distributions to investors and service providers.+ Maintaining a strong control framework, including up to date procedures, checklists, and metrics reporting on all frequencies.+ Perform daily reconciliations of investment bank accounts, bank balances and variances, investigate discrepancies to resolution by engaging internal/external parties.+ Collaborate with tech and business partners to improve operational processes to gain efficiency, prevent errors and reduce risk.+ Perform various data collection & compilation functions for investor, fund, and investment level reporting, ensuring all documentation is properly recorded for distribution and future reference.+ Transaction capture, review and processing into internal databases, reports and/or systems.**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree (or greater) from an accredited Business institution.+ Minimum 3 years of relevant financial industry experience in Operations.+ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.+ Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently as well as effectively in a team setting.+ Understanding of accounts payable and receivable invoice payment tracking and processing.+ Possess a problem solving, analytical, and decision-making mindset and capability.+ Able to multi-task and prioritize work real time in a deadline-oriented work environment.+ Able to think about processes and impacts in a non-linear fashion, recommend process improvements, and execute to completion.+ Able to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technical environment.+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel and Power Point.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
