Description
- Maintain assigned tenant accounts
- Manage all AR adjustment forms
- Prepare month end reporting with accounting team
- Understand and Track GSA SLAs
- Prepare AR reporting with MS Excel
Profile
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP (real estate market)
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or public accounting preferred
- Proficient with Yardi and MS Excel
