Data entry of high volume of invoices, QB, scanning/invoicing, reconciliations, weekly check runs, paper checks, send files to the bank, in process of going automated.

T High volume, fast paced environment, QB used, someone who is tech savvy good excel skills.

They will be transitioning to Navision down the road so a lot of things will be automated.

Reconciling statements, accounting focused, detailed orientated, very high volume work, self-starter.

• Associates degree a plus not a must Job Requirements: 6 months to 3 years AP exp (very entry level wants someone who has exp from school or hands on is fine)
• Good intermediate Excel skills
