Hiring Pay Range $19.23 to $26.44 per hour This position includes an additional $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment added to your base pay, resulting in a hiring pay range of $20.23 to $27.44 per hour.

SUMMARY:Responsible for assisting the LQR Officer/Supervisor in the completion of daily workload and tasks, cross-training, preparing, processing, completing and reviewing tasks/files pertinent to consumer and commercial loans from all regions of ANB Bank; and maintaining thorough understanding and continuing knowledge regarding, regulatory loan compliance, state laws, bank’s credit policy, internal procedures, consumer disclosures including but not limited to TILA/RESPA, HMDA, TRID, Reg B and any other overlapping areas of compliance related to loan files and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Maintains a current knowledge and compliance with bank and lending related regulations.Performs quality assurance of all loan files to ensure the loan file satisfies Federal and State regulatory standards as well as compliance guidelines.
(TRID, RESPA, REG Z, etc.)Reviews all file documentation for loan files, including title commitments and policies, UCC’s, letters of credit, insurance policies, liens (collateral perfection), releases, commercial entity constituent documents and other documents relating to the loan.Identifies missing/incorrect documentation in loan files and seeks solutions to problems.Processing and/or reviewing HMDA files, Non-Originated and Post Close.Notifies Credit Officers of potential problems and makes recommendations to resolve potential problems or conflicts with a loan, collateral or documentation.Follows applicable ANB Bank Consumer/Commercial loan policies.Performs system, workflow and process problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution.Completes and sends out updated disclosures and funds to customers when needed.Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
