Ref ID: 00760-9502620107 Classification: Accounts Payable Compensation: $19.92 to $23.15 hourly Accountemps is looking for a temporary to full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to be responsible for processing payroll and accounts payable for multiple locations in the South Orange County region.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will initially be reviewing policies and procedures for expense reporting and reviewing mailed invoices while scanning electronically and disbursing to the appropriate party department.
The Successful candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist will also be responsible for high volume AP including matching (3 way) batching and coding.

Job Requirements: Experienced in the use of enterprise management software, including Sage 500 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Solutions, such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Well-versed in the building and management of Access databases Familiar with organizational applications, such as QuickBooks Understanding of AP industry best practices and compliance guidelines Comfortable performing both manual and automated bookkeeping Outstanding typing and data-entry skills Strong attention to details Excellent organizational and resource-management skills Accountemps, a Robert Half Company, matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
