You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too?The OpportunityPerform financial analysis, reporting and business partner support to business executives across Ally Lending assisting in making informed decisions and meet internal and external reporting requirements.The Work Itself (other duties may be assigned):Coordinate preparation of estimated financial results supporting corporate FP& A activities and deliverablesPreparation of Monthly Executive Management Reporting and variance analysis highlighting key profitability drivers across products and business unitsEnhance Expense Management and discipline through analysis of key drivers, internal and external service providers and development and tracking of key metrics and KPI’sParticipate in business case development supporting key Strategic Initiatives in support of Ally Lending’s long-term growth planLiaise with key stakeholders including business executives, Accounting and Finance, Risk and ProcurementEnhance partnership and discipline with business partners and Procurement processes for key spendParticipate in periodic forecast and annual planning, developing departmental budgets and working with business partners to track resultsExtract, analyze and present complex financial data in a meaningful, insightful manner through effective visualization and organized presentationsProduce regular and ad-hoc analyses, modeling, reports, and presentationsThe Skills You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline required7 years finance, reporting and analytical-related experienceExperience with financial month end and quarterly close processesFinancial services experience a plus (Banking, Lending, Payments)Hyperion, SAP, Bex, Coupa systems experienceHow We’ll Have Your BackAlly’s compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
