ALAC Accounts Payable Invoice Specialist

This is a Contract position in Austin, TX posted October 5, 2020.
Location: Austin, TX/ Remote Duration: 6 months Description:
– Responsibilities will include the following: -Inducting and processing invoices.
– Reviewing vendor accounts.
– Responding to business user and vendor inquiries.
– Reconcile daily payments.
– Reconcile payment exception report.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
– Experience in Accounts Payables.
– Critical thinking skills (able to resolve complex issues).
– Experience in SAP -Experience in reconciliations.
– Must be fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
