Overview of the Accounts Receivable Accountant role:
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies on client portals
- Set invoices up for payment and issue credit memos
- Post payments from lockboxes and incoming wires
- Assist in month-end closing
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Accountant:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or comparable experience
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and ability to handle multiple channels of revenue and customer types
- Working knowledge of accounting ERP systems
- Proven experience working with Excel
- Excited and motivated to grow with a company
