Accounts Payable Clerk

A repeat client has asked Accountants One to help them find an Accounting Clerk.

This is a rush job order, they would like to find someone that can start as soon as possible.

This is a manufacturing company that just had their best month ever They need someone with three-way match, accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be able to handle some Accounts Receivable and Billing duties along with A/P, it is 80% focused on Accounts Payable.

Job Requirements: Job Duties: Full-cycle, three-way match processing of Accounts Payable invoices.

Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Proof of Delivery Code invoices to appropriate client and job codes for Job Cost purposes Pay vendors weekly through ACH, Online Portals and cutting checks Pay travel and expense, provide reporting Assist with bank reconciliations Process customer billing and send account statements Reconcile invoice factoring Prepare bank deposits Reconcile credit card payments Job Requirements: Three or more years of full-cycle, three-way match A/P Manufacturing industry experience Strong Excel skills Job Cost exposure preferred, custom manufacturing Bilingual Spanish a plus
