The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for managing the accounting team which comprises billing, verifications, and insurance.
This position will ensure the day-to-day operation of all three B.V.I.
positions are running smoothly.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to, fielding questions from clients, rental agents, clerical staff, preparing special documents and reports as required by Management.
Responsibilities Billing Insure all-ready to invoice "RTI" orders are invoiced promptly and correctly by the Billing Administrator(S) Ensure that missing and overdue orders are being addressed Ensure that accounts receivable is up to date Net 30 customer review Vet all discounts, credits, and refunds Ensure that all monthly reports are timely prepared Verification & Insurance Ensure proper vetting of all website and sales team orders with proper insurance and incoming information Review and release daily and weekly customer holds Compile customer profiles for large rentals to ensure proper verifications Liaise between sales and the client to ensure the necessary information has been provided Skills & Experience A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, but a bachelor&039;s degree and experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, supervisors, and other staff members Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and excel A general knowledge of billing and collection practices as well as business office procedures Must be able to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions while maintaining professional working relationships with clients and ee&039;s We at ADORAMA believe in respecting & encouraging diversity and as such we gladly abide by all EEOC regulations.
