About the Accounting Specialist role:

Primary responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
– Review and manage collections on the aging report
– Perform collections via phone and email
– Review contracts and update/maintain customer information in ERP system
Ideal skills and experience for the Accounting Specialist:
– 1-2 years collections experience
– High level of customer service
– Ability to work with larger software systems
– Basic MS Excel skills
– Strong 10-key
– Professional written and verbal communication

– Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 PM
