ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- AR duties
- Process 3-way and non-3-way PO match
- Assist in month end financial close responsibilities and reconciliations as needed
- Enter and match all vendor invoices to purchase orders
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
QUALIFICATIONS – ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:
- Have 2+ years experience in accounting position
- Excellent attendance, hardworking and dependable
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and independently
- Intermediate skills in word and excel
