Accounting Partner – Small Cpa Firm

Established, successful CPA firm located in west suburban Chicago is seeking a partner or senior manager with partner aspirations to join its team.

The most desirable candidates will possess the following background:
15-20+ years of accounting, tax and audit experience with current or recent background as a Partner or Manager with a small to medium-sized CPA firm.
Demonstrated skills in managing engagements for privately-held businesses with revenues of $25M and under.
Outstanding client-facing skills and reputation for developing strong relationships with professional and administrative staff.
Client specialization desirable but not required.

Firm has an industry focus and is seeking to expand this model.
Established book of business and/or ability to actively create and implement new business development strategies/plans.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA .

Graduate degree in accounting/finance, business, taxation or related area a plus.
Managing Partner is looking for a personable team player who wants a long-term business relationship and the opportunity to be an integral part of taking this firm to the next level of growth.
