POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations, Provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

• Financial Management and Control
• Preparation of financial reports that summarize and forecast the organization’s financial position
• Direct the organization’s financial goals, objectives, and budgets
• Forecasting and Financial Modeling
• Direct the accounting function – oversee the accounting, audit, and budget departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance
• MBA Preferred
• CPA or CMA Designation
• Five (5) Years Exp. Planning
• Five (5) Years Exp. Forecasting and Financial Modeling
• Five (5) Years in Manufacturing Setting
• Supervisory Experience
• Demonstrates strong relationships with managers and supervisors
• Demonstrates strong and effective communication and presentation skills
• Effectively delegate projects and tasks, clearly establish expectation and manage results of staff work.
• Demonstrates leadership by developing and influencing others
• Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy in work product
• Demonstrates proficient & current understanding of GAAP that are relevant to the business.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all EMS (Environmental Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System) guidelines and regulations are adhered to
• All employees are required to follow and promote all company and regulatory safety and environmental standards and exhibit safe work practices at all times
• Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Safety Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses, etc. required at all times in warehouse environment
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and continuous quality improvement objectives
• Actively participate in and support the principles of Open-Book Management
• Possess a positive attitude and promote a positive work environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed in an office/desk type setting. The performance of this position may occasionally require some exposure to atmospheric conditions such as dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures for short periods.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Limited physical effort with lengthy work cycles: 70% sitting 30% standing/moving. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
