Job Description: Entry level Finance Manager position that will supervise, monitor and review on-site accounting activities including accounts receivable, income audit, accounts payable and payroll.
Ideal for Accounting Supervisor or Income Auditor ready for their next career move Salary range for this position (based on experience): $45K-$50K/year.

Responsibilities: Assist with billing and customer service functions.
Assist with the management of accounts receivable in order to maximize cash flow.
Responsible for complete training of staff for job duties of the following positions: Accounts Receivable, Income audit and Accounts Payable Work closely with all departments to come up with solutions to Systems & Controls problems in these areas Responsible for reviewing and authorizing all rebates, credits and rebilling for direct bills, credit cards and cash accounts to ensure protection of company assets.
Ensure all guest disputes and requests for clarification is resolved and/or responded to in a timely manner.
Assist with daily income audit to ensure accuracy of revenue reporting Assist with ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed appropriately in the Accounts receivable, income audit and accounts payable disciplines.
Assist Assistant Director of Finance with month end close, balance sheet reconciliations and treasury balancing.
Qualifications: Prefer experience in the hospitality industry, or participation in the Omni LID program.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Candidate must have proven leadership skills and must be able to direct, develop and motivate staff Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations Must be service and detail oriented; possessing a friendly approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and provide guest follow up in a fast paced environment.
Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
Able to work with management on special projects Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
Computer proficiency; with developed excel skills.
The ability to sit and use a computer/phone for long periods of time The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
