Ben’s Restaurant Group, Inc.D/B/A Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen Restaurant and CaterersWe are in the process of putting the finishing touches on our small finance and accounting group. We need a strong #2 presence to work with the CFO/Controller to continue our efforts to transform from a mom & pop back office to a professionally managed finance and accounting group capable of providing timely, accurate information to drive management decisions, enhance opportunities for our employees and improve the bottom line. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and knowledge to complement excellent accounting and bookkeeping abilities. Plenty of room for growth outside the confines of the back office for the right candidate, with numerous projects on the drawing board that cross into IT and operations. JOB DESCRIPTION – Accounting ManagerThe Position reports directly to CFO/Controller. This position will work designated hours 5 days per week; weekend availability ideal but not essential.This position is responsible for handling the day-to-day accounting functions of this multi-location (7 locations) and multi-company (11 entities) Food Service Company.4 year Bachelor’s degree minimum.
