– Accounting Manager*

The Accounting Manager will assist the operation with understanding general and complex accounting matters, and presenting solutions to finance executives.

This is NOT a technical accounting or month-end close role but a true internal consulting/advisory position.

Responsibilities
– Accounting Manager
Assist customer solutions department with accounting focused questions
Establish relationships with potential clients as a “go-to” technical accounting resource
Work closely with customer solutions to help train new clients on software functionality
Prepare content and lead internal training
Consistently improve and document training processes
Become a go-to expert on certain accounting matters (i.e.

leases, etc.)
Learn and develop knowledge within the solution by processing example contracts regularly and documenting results
Collaborate with marketing on strategies and useful assets that can be used to provide value to potential clients during the sales cycle
Graduate from the accounting management program after completing rotations through various areas of the business
Requirements
– Accounting Manager
Four-year accounting degree
4+ years of experience working in an audit or assurance capacity at a Big 4 or equivalent firm
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in using Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office
Positive and outgoing personality
Curious while having a problem-solving mentality
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
