Major responsibilities

– Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met

– Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

– Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

– Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

– Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

– Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

– Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

Job Requirements:
– CPA or MBA preferred

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

– Knowledge of journal entries

– Foundational knowledge in month end closings

– Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger

– Financial statement preparation experience highly desired

– Strong familiarity with bank reconciliations

– Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

– Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

– 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

– Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

– Solid technical skills
