We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic candidate for immediate hire for our Accounting Department.
Have the ability to work well independently and get along well with others.REQUIREMENT:Stable employment historyAssociates Degree in the related field (required)Must pass a typing test with a speed of 45+ word per minuteFast and accurate data entry skills.Experience in filing and basic office machinery (copier, fax, scanner)Advance in Excel, Word, Microsoft OfficeKnowledge in bookkeeping and standard GAAP Accounting Procedures and PracticesAt least two years of QuickBooks Desktop Pro experiences is a mustKnowledge of Payroll, A/P, A/R, research, and reconciliation*Must have strong professional verbal and written communication skills*Ability to interface well and communicate effectively with a variety of employees at all levelsMust have advanced problem solving, handling customer complaints, and using independent judgment to resolve the issue.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a large number of detailed tasks.*Must be organized, prioritizing tasks, ability to work within deadlines, and time management skills.*Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and strong multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter, ability to work under stress, work effectively and efficiently without supervision and in a team environmentReliable transportation.
Required to work flexible hourAvailable to work weekend and holidays sometimesReport to-work on time, in clean, company dress code and standards including professional personal appearance,Must be dependable, reliable, punctual with consistent attendance.Pass a criminal background check and drug-free workplace.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: maintaining, scanning, filing, and completing general administrative/clerical duties.
Collect, verify timekeeping information and investigations and resolutions of discrepancies in payroll Reconcile employee time clocks, prepare and process payroll promptly Prepare employee tax report and pay tax Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy Maintain, organized, and secured payroll records Maintain and balance Inter-company accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies Prepare monthly account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
Handling company Account Payable, Cash expense report and driver expense report Maintain and update Account Receivable, collections, monthly report and reconciliation and maintain customer/vendor database profile Control and maintaining the inventory system Create and maintain forms and Excel spreadsheets for various reporting purposes Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports Provides day to day general Human Resource support to employees, elevating questions and issues to appropriate levels as needed Assist in employee orientation, onboarding, disciplines, and terminations, etc.
Assist manager in evaluating the job performance of associates, including cash handling violations, overall job performance, attendance, and punctuality Developing and maintaining employment record, employee personnel files, HR files, and strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel information Assist in the planning and organization of meetings for the company Prepare memos, letters, e-mail, reports for the company Answer phone system professionally and timely manner Assist with other projects in the office as assigned The candidate must be flexible and open to performing various tasks as needed.Please forward your resume with a valid e-mail address and contact telephone number.
