Due to our expansive growth, we are now hiring a Accounting Service Clerk to help support our logistics and accounting team!

1 year of previous accounting experience is required in order to be considered for this position.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Will be responsible for entering and proofing vendor purchase orders for contract jobs.
Research and report on discrepancies regarding purchase orders and customer invoices.
Provides accounting and clerical assistance on projects to accounting department when needed and necessary.

Desired Qualifications
This person should be detail oriented and concerned with accuracy.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Quick learner and open to challenges as the company grows
Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Collaborate easily with co‐workers and work well independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
