LDL GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC., a premiere custom home builder, is seeking an extremely talented and highly accurate Accounting Clerk to join our team in Moorpark, CA servicing high net worth clientele from Beverly Hills to Montecito.

has established its brand – as featured on the cover of Architectural Digest – January 2022 – for its ability to develop/renovate and build first class homes throughout Southern California.

Qualified applicant must have exemplary accuracy rate, expert skill in Excel and knowledge of Quickbooks.

Advanced administrative and communication skills, laser focused attention to detail, strong organizational and reprioritizing abilities are required.

This is an A TEAM position and an opportunity to work alongside extremely talented personnel.

About the Job

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Budget Creation and Reconciliation on EXCEL
• Invoicing, Tracking Job Receipts
• Payroll Weekly: ADP, Maintain Weekly Time Sheets, Track labor hours/locations/duties
• Project Budget Reconciliation via Excel Spreadsheets
• Multi-task, Prioritization Skills, Deadlines
• Works well in high pressure environment
• Special Projects / Audits as needed

Requirements:

• Above average knowledge/use of Excel,
• Quickbooks
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Certificate of insurance and lien waiver retrieval experience a plus
• College Education required
• (3) References required
• Confidentiality required to maintain Client privacy
• On site testing required during Interview phase
