Accounting Assistant

ITAC Solutions is seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper for a great business in the Birmingham area. This person will be an effective communicator and a team player!

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Partner with and provide support to the Accounting Department
• Responsible for account reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare various reports and financials for management
• Perform data entry and filing as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and government-related work
• Manage all aspects of client billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payables

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Sales Tax report experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous AP/AR experience
