Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completes accounts payable tasks and composes and mails invoices.
Collects and analyzes financial data and reports data to appropriate audience.
Investigates and corrects data as needed.
Reports include daily, weekly and monthly reporting on WIP, Aged Raw Materials, etc.
Participates in month-end closing process Participates in CPARs, RMA’s, SNAR’s and NCR’s processes.
Participates in processing Color Standards, Alcohol Testing and PDS Samples.
Completes documentation in an accurate and prompt manner Files and performs general office tasks, including uploading documents into Intelex.
Interacts and behaves professionally.
Treats all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining company code of ethics.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

High School education or equivalent required Two to Four years Accounting experience highly preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills required; Business Operating Systems experience preferred Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present and communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to determine “root cause” of problem and determine corrective action Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs Strong attention to detail required Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
Must occasionally bend, stoop, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
