nn nn About the Company and Opportunity: nn Our client is an established Nonprofit located in Montgomery County.

Due to growth, they are hiring an Accountant to cover for a vacancy.

The hourly rate is $20
– $23.

The majority of this role will be remote, but there maybe some rare times in-office time required.

This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing property financial statements, budget reports, and handling multiple ledgers and tasks, reconciling multiple cash accounts, attending property management meetings, preparing information for auditors and working with auditors during financial statement and compliance audits, preparing regulatory reports and other tasks.

Experience needed: Minimum 3 years accounting experience, BS in accounting (or related experience of 7 years accounting experience), intermediate Excel and Yardi is a plus.
