RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and analyze cost expenditures and purchases within the organization Review services and goods and record relevant data Make recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options Prepare and maintain accurate bill of material (BOM), routing, material costs, and overhead rates annually budget Compile manufacturing data to assign proper cost to finished products, work centers, routing, materials, and expense items Maintain accurate tracking of metrics and cost allowances Assist new product development team in cost and margin analysis Uncover cost variances and implement reporting tools to showcase discrepancies Advise team on cost improvement initiatives Prepare presentations for members of management Perform other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’ s in Accounting or Finance required 5 years prior accounting experience required 2 years of ERP or similar system experience desired 3 years of Cost Accounting experience desired Above average organizational and time management skills Ability to gather research and base decisions on accurate forecasting Ability to handle multitasking, including clerical/operational needs Ability to interpret graphs, compute rate, ratio, and percent Understanding of margin analysis and modeling Ability to present information in a clear and cohesive manner to management BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Direct Hire Employee Discount Paid time off Flexible Schedule Career Advancement Bonus Pay Ask for: Kelsey kelseyajuliaexecutivesearch.com Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
