RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accountant II in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ). Summary: This role will work on the Corporate Accounting team while still gaining exposure and access to various field operations locations. The responsibilities will comprise of various general accounting activities including month-end, and quarter-end functions. There is great opportunity over time to move cross-functionally across multiple corporate accounting teams and disciplines to grow in accounting experience and skill set. Also, is a great opportunity also exists for internal promotion as has been demonstrated with so many leaders having previously been promoted up through the organization, whether at corporate or even at various field locations.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 to 5 plus years of general accounting experience
- Strong GAAP accounting experience in a publicly traded organization is highly preferred
- Great attitude and strong communication skills
- Great team player with ability to collaborate effectively with internal corporate partners and field management
- Good aptitude & demonstrated success in learning
