A CPA firm in Morton Grove is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant. Familiarity with Lacerte is a plus. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small casual environment as part of a team that performs several accounting functions.??
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare tax returns for various entities
- Detailed review and analysis of tax returns?
- Quarterly payroll tax filings
- Sales tax filings
- Year-end accounting in preparation for tax returns
- Perform other related duties as required
Software
- Lacerte
- QuickBooks Desktop & QBO
- Microsoft Office Suite w/ strong excel skills
- Accounting CS
Desired Skills
- Minimum of five years experience preparing tax returns
